For over a decade, Minister Paul Scott, "TRUTH Minista," wrote the truth as he saw it: on Hip Hop, on Durham, on power, and on what it actually takes to free a people's mind. He wasn't just a writer. He was a publisher, a journalist, and an activist who spent as much time handing books to strangers on street corners as he did writing his own, founder of the Black Hoodie Brigade in Durham, North Carolina.
 
Black Books Will Never Go Extinct collects 29 of his essays, written between 2012 and 2025, arranged in the order he wrote them, a thirteen year record of one man's unflinching voice.
Minister Scott passed away in 2026. This collection exists because he spent his life trying to get books into people's hands. That's why the ebook is free.
