At The Bloodline743, every product is created with care, intention, and cultural integrity. Because our items are printed in limited batches, we do not offer automatic returns or refunds.

 

However, we understand that issues can happen.

If there is a problem with your order (damaged item, printing error, wrong product received, etc.) please email us within 7 days of delivery:

• Full name

• Order number

• Photo of the issue

• Description of the problem

 

Our team will review the request and determine if an exchange or replacement is eligible.

All decisions are final.

 

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Wrong size ordered

• Normal wear/tear

• Digital downloads

 

Because we are a Black-owned cultural press and small-batch operation, exchanges are handled case-by-case with fairness and respect.

Shipping Policy — The Bloodline743

 

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight.

 

 Customers pay for shipping separately.

Actual rates are automatically calculated at checkout and include:

 

• Base cost (covers books, shirts, and light merchandise)

• Additional weight charges for posters, multiple books, and bulk orders

• Packaging & handling to ensure safe delivery

 

PROCESSING TIME

• Books: 3–5 business days

• Apparel: 5–7 business days

• Posters/prints: 3–5 business days

• Pre-orders ship on the announced release date

 

DELIVERY TIME

• USPS First Class: 3–5 days (U.S.)

• USPS Priority: 2–3 days (U.S.)

 

TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once USPS marks an item as delivered, The Bloodline743 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact USPS to open a claim.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
